structural characteristics:

The fermentation tank is equipped with jacketed Miller plate and ribbon shape. The fermentation time can be automatically controlled by PLC through temperature control probe, liquid level probe and refrigerant solenoid valve on the tank, which greatly reduces the labor cost.

The tank body and the upper and lower filling heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R-angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished without sanitary dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state.

It is designed according to the requirements of health level, with humanized structure design and easy operation.

The inner part of the tank is polished, the outer weld is pickled and passivated, and the belt is polished.

Arc flanging transition is adopted for tank valve orifice and manhole, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead angle.
